What is difference between plant define under company code
and plant define under purchasing organization?

See, Plant can be defined under a company only. this
company will be responsible for accounting of it's plant,
while plant can be defined under more than one purchasing
organization. & these purchasing organizations will be
responsible for procurement activities of it's plant.
