I have joined hotel industry in the beginning as to make it my career and i have influence but after joining hotel school it was just like school but the real interest came in to me during my industrial training it was nothing much... not that hard as a CHEF.. COOKING IS AN ART.... you can really enjoy life with cooking...
HARD WORK, FAST WORK, CONCENTRATION, GOOD COMMUNICATION are the only things that requires.....
