both r wrking on the same principle only a bit differn is
cooling water tower evoporate the water up to th ewet bulb
temprtuer of atm air,i.e its depend on the atm air
condition,but in case of typical heat exchnger the heat
transfer is not depend on atm air wbt they only depen on the
two fluids amngs the heat transfer tkes place
