It was just like to help the people to know about the offer and even any complaints about the particular operator or a company..
And in the another way the customer service it consists in 2parts inbound and outbound call center..
In inbound call center, continously will get a calls from the customer, and the executive need to pick that calls and solve customer's queries..
And in outbound, need to make a calls and convienience the customer about the product in a polite manner, and main thing is that if the person's got selected for mnc then he/she need to cover, based on the country he/she got. For eg. The person got selected for austrailian process, he need to cover the complete ausz country and in dosmestic the prsn need to cover wer he/she staying in their country..
