No body is perfect in this world each & every person in the world are dependent on others & nothing is possible without team work if someone is thinking that i am the only person who can do it will not stay longer, every body has their different opinion & their thinking by the team work we can easily achieve our goals , targets & projects by getting different & innovative ideas from team team spirit if everybody is participating and agreed to
whatever is the final decision of a team with the whole
agreement of everybody then that is a team spirit.team members should have listening skills so that they
could listen to other member's ideas . Also it is important
to share in a team to create an environment of teamwork.The
members should be respecting so that they treat ideas of
othermembers with respect and support
