how rated the neutral voltage of transformer and reactor,
e.g. 400/220, 200MVA transformer have neutral voltage of
33kv. and reactor voltage 145kv. how this rating decided?

actualy the short circuit in HV is very hgh and no body
can expect the humen and finaacial cosequences for that
therfore the engneering methode for that to connect one
resistance on nutral side that will reduce the impact of
short circuit voltage at the smae time you can controlled
through switchgear protrection
to allocate the resistance value you have first to find the
short ciruit current on neutral side

How do i perform grounding of star point of Genset (400V) for making connection with step up transformer of DELTA-DELTA (400V to 20KV) ? while Genset itself has its own neutral and grounding bus bar inside genset breaker box whereas we have another neutral and grounding busbar in synchronizing panel next to genset at maximum distance of 6meter, would someone pls advice if we can only perform neutral grounding in synchronizing panel or should we ground neutral on both places inside genset breaker box and synchronizing panel.
