Project Strategy means its a high level document and also a
company level document.which is developed by the senior
manager/project manager.It defines "Test Approach".
Test Approach means mapping between the development stages
and testing issues.we all know the development stages like
Requirements Gathering,Analysis,Designing,Coding,Testing and
Maintenance.Testing issues like Ease to use ,Authorization
etc...Based on the Test policy we will prepared Test
Strategy/Project Strategy.In this the project strategy
defines some Components like Testing Objective,Business
Issues,Test Approach,Test Deliverable s,Roles and
Responsibilities,Risk and mitigation etc.. All these are
covered in Project strategy/Test Strategy..
