plc is works in sequence ,only one program executed at one
time but dcs works in multiple functions like as to control
many loops .in other way we can say plc works in serial and
dcs works in parallel .this is basic difference of plc and dcs

Why does a pressure gauge installed on reactor, doesn't have any vent line below to release the pressure? Is it any kind of designing mistake or it actually does not require any vent line?
