in our sub station why we step down firstly 33kv\11kv then
11kv to 430v. can we direct step down 33v to 430.v.
Answer Posted / ramesh
Generally we can step up high voltage to low
or low voltage to high voltage for a possible range.
which is balance for our economical stage
but technically it is possible the turn ratio of the
transformer would be large and it will increase the size as
well also differs cost of the transformer.
so that generation for 11 kv increases up-to level ll 750kv
11kv-33kv-66kv--132kv---400kv--750kv
step down as 11kv-440V- 230V-110V
