difference between test suit and test scenario?

Test suit is just a collection of test cases whereas we use
test scenarios to tell the test case controller which test
cases to process and how to process them.

Hi Friends, I wish to start my career in manual Testing as I believe I am ready to face Interviews.I have good domain knowledge in banking(investment and retail) and insurance.To be in the competition I have added three years of testing experience to my CV apart from my domain experience. I know functional test cases are derived from frs and system design specs. But are test cases for performance, database, boundary, relational integrity and other types of tests other than functional tests created from frs and system design specs as well? When are these test cases created? Are they in the same test plans alongside functional test cases or is their a different test plan that includes these test cases?
