RTCC (REMOTE TAPE CHANGING CIRCUIT).IT IS USED TO AUTO
STABILIZE THE OUT PUT VOLTAGE OF A TRANSFORMER.IT CAN
CHANGE THE INPUT TAPPING OF A TRANSFORMER ACCORDING TO THE
SET VOLTAGE VALUE.
