Can we give both AC and DC to the same relay...
How it is energising..
Explain its working..

generally relay defined accordingly to ac and dc powered for
its coil , means relay coil for ac or dc. but at the contact
(NO AND NC) We can use ac or dc because these are potential
free contact from relay.
for relay energizing we can use only one power ac or dc
accordingly to its specification.
