For enable monitoring BW statistics.First you have to create BW statistics.Go to->RSA1->TOOLS MENU->CREATE BW statistics.Then you can see the statistics in RSDDSTAT table.then you can monitoring statistics in TCODE:SE11->GIVE THE TABLE NAME RSDDSTAT_OLAP.
