i dnt have any pricing condition for any material stored in
VK11 but when i enter sales order for the same the system
automatically determine PR00 as pricing condition
can any one tell me why it happens
plz its urgent

In Intercompnay Billing scenario, Does Idocs get posted as we delivery is done from other plant and also the Intercompnay billing happens in the prcess. Though we have the same ERP system i.e. SAP only for all transactions.
