- Lack of test resources.
- Lack of support from upper management.
- Inaccurate or incomplete documentation (BRD,SRS,etc,).
- Improper test tools.
- Software undergoes major changes without testing.
- Lack of communication between crucial stakeholders.
- Lack of time.
