14th because bina exchange position then come 13th so
priyanka position is 14th

There were 36 chairs. how many ways can they be placed such that all rows have equal no. of chairs and atleast three chairs are there in each row and there are atleast three rows.

Hi Guys. I am an Instrumentation and Control Engineer(ICE) and have filled various PSU entrance exam forms.
