i lack the skills in telling the mistakes of my colleagues directly, im giving them chance if for once, or not im living a note as a reminder for us all that we need to review on our policies, standard operating procedures. also from the start i have already oriented them on their nursing responsibilities, do i need to keep on telling them? if i see one of the members is not actively participating in whatever activities we have, i tend not to give any work to do, thinking he will use his common sense to do anything.
