Recruitment: it is a process of searching for prospective
candidates and stimulating them to apply for the
job. Selection: it is a process of
discovering the characteristics of the candidates, here we
identify the candidates quality,capability, and relevant
experience. its used to suit for our requirements. and also
its a process of offering job to the
candidate.
