capital market is a market of securities (debt and equity
),where company and govt can raise long term funds.it is a
market invested more than one year. capital market consist
of the primary and secondary market.
primary market are where new bonds and
stocks issued are sold to investors.
secondary market are where existing
securities are trade to another.These trade transactions in
stock exchange.
