Once the SO was booked, the line status changed to ‘Closed.
What could be the cause?

Answer Posted / swetha

The line work flow could be bill only type, where there are
no shipments attached to it. So SO line gets the status
of 'CLOSED' and is ready to be interfaced to AR. And this
case is when a service line is added in a sales order which
refers to a customer product or any other order then the
status of this line goes to Closed status once the order is
booked.
