It's a very interesting Field,where i can make my
career.It's rellated to service sector that's why i like
this field they all Provide good facilities and those who is
interested to make his career with earning and learning they
help them. and main thing is that now the BPO sector is
booming now the rate of growth is 32.6%.it'll increase day
by day.

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? when i went to convergys then i was asked to these question? only for technical post 1. give me your introduction 2. what is ping, ms config, safe mode, last known configuration, system restore, backup, ip address and what is command prompt.....
