THIS two doc are temporary doc
it can be edit, are delete.
HOLD
insufficient data user can put on hold
hold document are not generate the doc no.s user given the
no;s for the doc manually, it will not updated in reports.
parking doc
parking doc sys will genarate the no;s every thing is ok but
user has not authorization post the transction.
