with out metrics we can not measure the quality.
this is based on defect,size,and shedules


testcoverage=number of unitstested/total sise of system.

test cost(%)=cost of testing/total cost*100.
cost to locate defect= cost of testing/ no of defects
located.
defect detected in testing(%)=defect detected in testing /
total sys defects*100
acceptance criteria tested/total acceptance
criteria=acceptence criteria tested.
