What is the most essentila thing that you consider while
formulating any HR policy?
Answer Posted / snli
Policy should be formulated in the interest of Employer and Employee with the aspect of not violating any Act related to HR.
Ex: Labour Act , Factories Act.
Reference for formulating any Policy could be taken from any draft of Policy in the current industry and trying to make some changes with a glare on the Labours Laws.
Kindly mail me at snli.21@rediffmail.com for any suggestions.
