Severity impacts the business process. It of following
types:
Critical->defect having high problem
Major -> Impacts the main feature of the product
Normal -> Impact some feature of the product
Cosmetic->Miner mistake like spelling mistake in brand name.
Priority -> When a bug is impacted the system.
It is of 4 types (P1, P2, P3, P4) Where P1 is the high
priority and P4 is the lower priority.
