Hi Every one, This is Ramya from Bangalore. According to
me Weakness are those which everyone can over come their
own weakness. As a Successfull person there should not be
any weakness within him/her, but as a human being there are
some weakness but we should try to over come those so that
we can improve in our personality. Most of the persons
weaknessess are they are
1. very emotional.
2. introvert.
3. Lack in their Self confidence.
These are the some of the weakness, where one can over
come.
1. Regarding the Emotional weakness one can over come that
by making up their mind and heart strong and adopting to
the situations.
2. Introvert- try to mingle with people around and your
collegues even though if they dont talk to you, try to talk
to them and keep snmiling when ur talking to them.
3.Lack in self confidence- Try to be competitive with your
collegues and see to that your performing well so that ur
self confidence will also improve a lot, dont put yourself
down and improve as much as you can.

Hi Friends, Can anyone send me a Six Sigma question bank with answers on my email id : apexin2009@gmail.com. I am a quality manager in a Mulitnational Company. I have to design a question paper for my already trained green belts and black belts. I had a great knowledge base on six sigma at my home pc but since the mother board has gone bad and it has gobe for repair, I am not able to design a question paper.
