APPSC released two separate notifications (Notification No's. 24/07 & 23/08) for recruitment of DAO. Notification 23/2008 is not addition to notification 24/2007. So many candidates like me applied for both of them. We paid exam fees for both notifications. When we consulted APPSC about this through mail they told “the candidates are considered to the notification to which they have applied.
If the candidate applied for single notification he is considered only for that particular notification.”

But now APPSC conducted single exam for both of the notifications.

For DAO exam APPSC issued separate hall tickets for every notification (Candidates Received Two hall tickets). That mean APPSC didn’t recognize the common candidates who applied for both notifications. But the candidate wrote exam with one hall ticket. Then how do APPSC identify the identity of the candidate in another notification?
How do APPSC prepare the interview list …as separately for both notifications in 1:2 ratios or not?
Another thing is, Assume Candidate ‘A’ belongs to BC-B, who got marks 350 in exam. In notification -1, BC-B cut off mark is 349. But these marks are come under Cut off marks of General category in Notifiction-2. Then how do you consider the Candidate ‘A’ in Notification-2…as under General category or BC-B category? If you consider him in BC-B category…another candidate who belongs to BC-B may lose the chance of interview. What is APPSC process? We kindly request you please to give proper clarification for our readers according to this.
