THE BASIC DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ISOLATOR AND CIRCUIT BREAKER IS.
ISOLATOR IS A OFF LOAD DEVICE. ISOLATOR CAN ONLY BE CONNECT
OR DISCONNECT AT NO LOAD(CURRENT)
CIRCUIT BREAKER IS A ON LOAD DEVICE.it can be open or close
in the loaded condition
