for me its very important to know what is your weaknesses and what are those things that could help you overcome your weaknesses.
But most important is we all put this in our mind SUCCESS is not always success and FAILURE is not always failure......

Hey frens! I want to work in call centre as fresher; as such these days I could not find any advertisement for international call centre and I am planning to go through the guides of consultant. Would it do?
I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for.
