There are two types of Universes
1. SAP Universe
2. Non SAP Universe
and Universe using 3 types of Connections
1. Personal / Private
2. Shared
3. Secured
As Vijayranjan said the 1,2 do not allow to repository, logically they are universes.

Its regarding Javascript coding for customization in BI4 reports. We need to have all the options disabled in the report except the option to Export(save the report in computer in Excel/pdf formats).
