STUDY AND SETTLE OVER THERE. I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE
RETURNING FROM UK.AND I HAVE ANOTHER DOUBT I USED TO HAVE
AROUND 10 BACKLOGS WHICH ARE CLEARED NOW AND MANY PEOPLE
SAYIN THAT I MAY NOT GET U.S VISA AS I HAVE MANY
BACKLOGS.CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST ME ACCORDING TO MY POSITION.

I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. Next I had applied in chennai on nov 2006 again I was rejected due to un able to explain about the projects.Now due to no dates in chennai I am applying to delhi 17nth of this month.Willl it be any problem regarding on this.....plz help me....
Dear sir How are you? i am jordanian female live in saudia arabia my student visa got refused 2 times my question is should i replay agian in jordan or saudia arabia my last time was 5 months ago and should i aplay for college or english institute? and should i take tofel test first do u think does the tofel help or doesnt matter please i need your help some pepole told me if i got refused once i will never get my visa is that right? thanks alot
The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? i lceared my high school in 2009-10 session then in december 2009 i aplies for f-1 visa of US n i was rejected,my score in toefl was 77 at dat tym.....den i applied again n was rejected. den i took my tym gave TOEFL again n updated my score to 85 n dis tym round i have also taken SAT test my result is pendind till 20th may. n dis tym i have applied to d same university n i got 50%scholarship as well....but i m really very nervous on giving my visa interview 3rd tym dont know wat will happen.....plz help me wid dis.....wat que. would dey ask me dis tym....n wat changes should i bring????plz help me

hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. And moreover i am patel. so does it make any impact. Now i am trying for spring 09 intake for the most reputed university, so this time how r the chances of my visa. plz give the suggestion. thanks
