What does Sap_All and Sap_New Parameters define for a user
who is granted with permissions?

Hi,

SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW are the parameters assigned to user
defines (SAP_ALL)User is granted with permission to all
TCode's Transacaction Codes available without any
restriction and (SAP_NEW) TCode defines if any new TCode is
added or updated then user can have access to that New
Tcode without any restriction.
