Every firms has audit firms to audit their accounts but who
will audit an auditing firm?

Any Chartered Accountant, not employed in that firm and not
a partner of that firm can audit an auditing firm.The audit
is an independent examination of the books of
accounts,therefore a chartered accountant not having any
interest in the Firm can do the audit of that firm.
