1.President Dr Rajendra Prasad applied absolute veto on the
advice of CoM over the PEPSU Appropriation Bill in 1954.
2.Indian Post Office (Amendmend) Bill 1986 was also
subjected to absolute veto by the President R. Venkatraman
in 1990 on the advice of the V.P. Singh Govermnent.
