all the items ordered should be calculated and if the
weight of all the items put together, meets our minimum pre-
defined gross weight a fixed discount should be
automatically triggeed by system

Create a new Header discount condition type and use scales
type 'D' Gross weight scale. Maintain the condition record
accordingly using scales and your problem will be resolved.
