Team Lead shuld have the basic and advanced knowledge about
the product or process he is handling.He should inspire the
team should be a roll model. Giving respect to all th team
member and treting them equally.It is also necessary to
make them recognize there weak point and help them overtake
there weakness whenever they fall below the standerd.
