difference detween cash sale and rush order is ..?

Order Type in Cash Sale is "CS", but in Rush Order it
is "RO".In Cash Sale, when order is saved,delivery is also
completed in one step and invoice is generated.After
customer goes out you can do PGI & Billing.During Billing
no new invoice is generated again.It is beacuse of Output
Type RD03.But with Rush Order output Type is BA00.Invoice
is generated during Billing and it is sent to the customer
later.In Cash Sale an Order related Invoice is generated,
but in Rush Order, it is delivery related invoice.
