employee worked for 3 year in one unit of the company and 2
year in abroad under the same company, and finally retrun
back to india, he resigned. what is the number of years in
service.? please reply me?

Dear friend,
As far as u r par of same company and rendered
ninterrupted/continous service for 5 years u are ought to
be eligible for Gratuity.
