what is the difference between onw way slab & two way slab?
Answer Posted / k garg
when Ly/Lx ratio is less than 2 then it is one way slab.
and if it is greater than 2 then it is two way slab.
it is valid only if all the four sides are supported. if the sides are not supported then it'll be one way slab independent of Ly/Lx ratio.
