THE ICE OCCUPIES AN AREA IN THE GLASS.ND WHEN IT MELTS THE SOLID FORM OF ICE IS CONVERTED TO LIQUID FORM BUT THE QUANTITY REMAINS THE SAME EITHER IN SOLID OR LIQUID STATE OF ICE.
SO THE VOLUME REMAINS SAME NO CHANGE.
