Yes it is possible to make partial payment through APP.
There is option of payment terms.I explain with an
example.We purchase goods from vendor worth of Rs.10000 but
we request to vendor that we would like to pay by
installment like within 45 days 60% of payment and rest
within 35 days.When 1st installment becomes due payment,
then we can make it through app.

a cost element is used for some cost center but only in some case like discount allowed particular internal order should be picked? can any one help me?
