What is the use of the Test Director software?
Answer Posted / ram
TD is a test case repository and test management tool.
it allows to look at the requirements, writing
testcases, excecution of testcases and defect reporting.
some companies use TD for few of these purposes and some
for all the purposes.
we can also write the test cases in excel sheet and import
them into TD and run the test case in testlab, and few
companies use the other tabs and for defect reporting they
may use bugzilla,etc
