As TOP-OF-PAGE event is used to build your own page heading
programatically, so this event is trigerred by the first
write statement to display data on a new page.
When a write statement that will begin a new page is
executed, execution control branches from wherever the
WRITE statement exists to the TOP-OF-PAGE event. These
statements are executed, and control is then returned to
the WRITE statement.
