Realization is third phase of Implementation project or
ASAP methodology.
In this step Base Line Configuration will done like,
configuration of all documents, configuration from Order to
delivery, delivery to invoice, invoice to payment etc.
(unit by unit congiguration).
Whereas In Final Configuration full cycle will be
configured like O2C Oreder to Cash), P2P Procurement To
Pay) , Q2C (Quotation to cash)or third party, Consignment,
Intercompany process etc.
Also in this stage various testing will be done like Unit
Testing, Integration Testing, etc. And test all business
process cycle.
Also plan for preparing User manual.
