let the volume of bucket be v
let the speed of water flowing through a be v1,b be v2 ,c be v3
(v1+v2+v3)10=v
30*v1=v
40*v2=v
x*v3=v
{(v/30)+(v/40)+(v/x)} *10=v
by solving we get x=24
