Outsourcing is a service which involves contracting of the
operations and resposibilities of certain business functions
or processes to a third party service provider. Outsourcing
typically categorised into Back office Outsourcing - which
involves internal business functions such as Finance and
accounting, Human Resources etc. And Front Office
outsourcing which includes Customer Related Services such as
Contact Centre Services.
