I want to know about the career growth with the position of
"HR VISA Processing" profile in MNC. How will be the career
growth. Can anyone have a stable career with this profile?

Visa Processing is a small part in any company, and is done
only on need basis. Traveling oversees is still considered a
good option and you could have a stable career in a staffing
company which deals in body shopping for various locations
like US, Singapore and Gulf countries.
You could also get a job in VFS center since they are also
in search of people who are smart and are aware of visa
processes.
