V Can write loads of Positive and Negative TC's,i m trying
to mention some Imp TC'S:-
1.Verify the functionality of the Start,Stop and Open
buttons of Lift.
2.Check whether the Lift get UP/Down,Open by Pressing
buttons from Outside the Lift.
3.Verify Fan and Light are working or not inside in the
Light.
4.Verify the capacity of the Lift.
5.Check whether Alarm or Camera are working or not inside
of the Lift.
6.Verift that Lift should get stop on appropriate floor as
desired bu User.
7.Check whether the Gate get open or not Automatically.
8.Verify that Lift should get stop in the case of Fire or
Short Circuit.

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
