business process outsourcing in one big company hire a unit of bpo in which they are sufficient to do that job well for which they r hired.its a kind of job in which it needs to help the client to make them cmfrt and to deal wid them.its a kind of f process in which the data were transfrerred from one country to another country and its da process which helps the big organization to reduce the cost of process wid best result thru bpo.
bpo has basically two category
frst...front office outsourcing which is customer related service such as marketing and technical support nd second one is dat back office outsourcing which related wid internal business function such as....billing or purchasing.
