Cost center is used to collate all expenses under various heads by finance dept.
From HR perspective, cost center allocation may be done at PA/PSA/EG/ESG/Position level as well as person level(person level is done only when the position has the responsibility for more than 1 PSA/PA)
Cost Distribution is captured under IT1018 (in OM) or under IT0027 (in PA)
